Yvonne and Olivia

Yvonne De Carlo, born September 1, 1922 in Toronto and died January 8, 2007, was the name of a Canadian actress, who was employed in both television and film. In her six decades of professional career the films she appeared in were prominently featured during the 1950s. She played her best well-known roles in movies such as Anna Marie in Salome where She danced Anna and Criss-Cross Sephora in The Ten Commandments with Charlton Heston. She also played Amantha in the film Band of Angels alongside Clark Gable. The early 1960s saw her debut on the screen when De Carlo accepted the offer to play Lily Munster for the CBS TV series The Munsters alongside Fred Gwynne as well as Al Lewis.
