Aura Garrido is a Spanish actor who is active in both TV and film. She has acted in Stockholm and also in the TV shows El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid in 1989. Garrido's father Tomas Garrido is a composer as well as orchestra conductor. the mother of her children, Pilar Sanchez is a painter. In her fourth year she started piano lessons and shortly after that, ballet. In her early years, she had an English-speaking friend. After ending her studies in high school, she enrolled herself in the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico located in Madrid where she studied interpretive studies up to her third year, specializing in interpretation of text, however she left in the year 2010 due to being chosen for the movie Planes para manana. The role won her an award of Silver Biznaga in the Best Supporting Actress category as well as a nomination for the Goya Awards' best debut actress.
